MFit now offers you "travel friendly" workouts that you can access via your smart phone. Luckily, most hotels have small fitness centers available to guests. Workouts can be written to utilize the equipment available to you. We can even write workouts utilizing NO equipment that can be done in a hotel room.

The facility is well equipped with exactly what you need to help you get a great workout and give you the support you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. We don't add a lot of fancy bells and whistles in order to keep our prices low.
We understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and joining a new gym can be intimidating. At Metrick Fitness, you will find no mirrors and no judgment. Because all sessions are instructor led, you will have someone helping you with proper form and safe execution of exercises.
