Full Body Fit: (Formerly HIIT). We are renaming our HIIT class to Full Body Fit. We feel it more accurately describes our goals in this class. The classes are strategically planned on a rotating schedule to target different large muscle groups and cardiovascular health. Therefore, if you attend regularly, you are guaranteed to work the entire body, head to toe! No two days are the same! Just come ready to sweat! The exercises and pacing of this class can be modified to meet all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.
Indoor Cycle: 50 minutes of high intensity cardio on one of our spin bikes! Space is limited to 5 and a reservation is recommended as this class often fills.
Strength & Sculpt: This is a low impact, mostly bodyweight class for ALL fitness levels, beginners to advanced. We will focus on core strength, form, posture and alignment, and overall strength. Some small equipment (such as light dumbbells, bands and balls) may be used to do a mix of Pilates and other traditional full body strength moves. While there will not be a specific "cardio" portion, that doesn't mean you won't be feeling the burn!!!!
Yoga Flow: Led by Jordan Nommay, Yoga Flow gives you time to slow down, stretch, strengthen, and focus on relaxing the mind and body. Jordan gives us time to block out all the hustle and bustle of everyday life, bring in some stillness, and rejuvenate ourselves in preparation for the days ahead. Appropriate for all fitness levels, and no previous experience with Yoga required.

Metrick Fitness is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis near Trader's Point shopping center. The facility is well equipped with exactly what you need to help you get a great workout and give you the support you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. We don't add a lot of fancy bells and whistles in order to keep our prices low.
We understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and joining a new gym can be intimidating. At Metrick Fitness, you will find no mirrors and no judgment. Because all sessions are instructor led, you will have someone helping you with proper form and safe execution of exercises. We welcome all people at every age and fitness level, and adapt the workouts to meet everyone's needs.
