For current members, these new memberships will take effect on November 1.
The fine print: The Monthly Membership allows the member up to 22 attendances per month. Membership fees will be charged on the 1st of each month for the coming month. No refunds after fees are collected on the first of each month. Member must notify Metrick Fitness via email of cancellation of membership BEFORE the first of the month to cancel the next month's membership. For memberships started after the 1st of the month, fees will be prorated for the remainder of that month, with full month's charge occurring the next month. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. However, if the member chooses to reinstate their membership within 90 days of cancellation, there will be a $100 reinstatement fee. This fee will be waived if member chooses to move to a class package or vice versa (i.e., no lapse in membership)
Class packages expire the respective number of days after purchase. No refunds on packages after purchase or reimbursements of unused sessions after expiration date. Members of the same household may share class packages.
Member agrees to follow all social distancing and sanitation guidelines. Failure to follow guidelines may result in dismissal from class until such guidelines are followed.
Onsite plan members have the option to purchase the "Written Workout -- Add on to Onsite membership" for $25/month. This will give the member access to 6 written workouts per week through their Triib smartphone app or the Triib online portal.

In order to attend class, you MUST reserve your spot using the Triib smartphone app or the Triib online portal.
Reservations for classes and workout spots may be made up to 1 week in advance
We will not allow drop in attendance
If you must CANCEL a reservation, it must be AT LEAST ONE HOUR before the start of the reservation (i.e., if you reserved a spot for 5pm, you must cancel by 4pm). This will enable anyone on the wait list the opportunity to use the vacant spot.
If you cancel within the hour before your reservation, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT ATTENDANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
