This class does it all! You get cardio, strength, and endurance training all in one. We have strategically set up a rotating training schedule that focuses on a different major muscle set every day.
You never know what you may be doing in this class.....no two days are the same!! Exercises and routines can be adjusted to meet a wide range of fitness levels. Just come ready to sweat!
This is a low impact, mostly bodyweight class for ALL fitness levels, beginners to advanced. We will focus on core strength, form, mobility, flexibility, and overall strength, using a mix of Pilates and other traditional full body strength moves. While there will not be a specific "cardio" portion, that doesn't mean you won't be feeling the burn!
50 minute combination of cardio workout on a spin bike and strength exercises off the bike. Approximately half the class time will be on bike, and half off. The class is fast paced and FUN!

Schedule a one-on-one or small group yoga session directly with Yoga instructor Jordan Nommay. Jordan will personalize the session to meet your personal goals!

Sometimes we need a little extra attention to meet a specific training goal. Sometimes we may feel intimidated by or not ready for a group fitness setting. If this sounds like you, then one-on-one or small group training (2-4 people) may be the answer. You and your trainer schedule a time that is convenient for you. Your trainer will listen to your needs and concerns and create workouts to meet you where you are in your health and fitness journey.
