HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, which means you will blast lots of calories in a short time with alternating intensity levels.
You never know what you may be doing in this class.....no two days are the same!! The term "High Intensity" means something different for everyone, and we can adjust each class for all fitness levels. Just come ready to sweat!!!
This class will focus on strengthening the core muscles and will incorporate other specific muscle groups, such as arms or legs.

If this sounds like you, then one-on-one or small group training (2-4 people) may be the answer. You and your trainer schedule a time that is convenient for you. Your trainer will listen to your needs and concerns and create workouts to meet you where you are in your health and fitness journey.
